ORVEK provides AI-powered automation services for home service businesses, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. Our services include automated missed-call text responses, estimate follow-up communications, Google review request systems, and AI-powered lead intake and routing. These services are designed to help businesses respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
2. SMS Messaging Terms
By calling or texting a phone number operated by ORVEK or an ORVEK-serviced business, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages related to your inquiry. This includes missed-call responses, appointment confirmations, estimate follow-ups, and service-related communications.
- Message frequency varies, typically 1-5 messages per service inquiry

- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages. All SMS communications are transactional and directly related to a service inquiry you initiated. See our SMS Messaging Policy for full details.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our services or communicating with an ORVEK-serviced business, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information and service request details
- Not use our communication systems for unlawful purposes
- Not send abusive, threatening, or harassing messages
- Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with our automated systems
4. AI-Generated Communications
Some messages you receive from ORVEK-serviced businesses are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. While we design our AI systems to be helpful and accurate, AI-generated communications may occasionally contain errors or imprecise information. Service details, pricing, and scheduling should always be confirmed directly with the business.
5. No Guarantee of Service
ORVEK's automation services are communication tools. We do not perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or any other home service work. We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or availability of services provided by the businesses that use our platform. Any service agreements are between you and the service business directly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the ORVEK website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ORVEK and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORVEK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or communications. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to ORVEK in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ORVEK harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
