What Messages You Will Receive
ORVEK provides AI-powered communication services for home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical contractors). When you contact one of these businesses, you may receive the following types of text messages:
- Missed-call textback: If your call is not answered, you will receive an automated text message acknowledging your call and asking how the business can help. This ensures your inquiry is captured even outside of business hours.
- Inbound SMS reply: If you text the business number, you may receive an AI-generated response to assist with your inquiry, schedule service, or connect you with the business owner.
- Appointment and service confirmations: You may receive texts confirming scheduled appointments or service details.
- Estimate and quote follow-ups: If you have received a service estimate, you may receive follow-up messages related to that quote.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. Typically 1-5 messages per service inquiry. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request, and no further messages will be sent.
